| Our focus
is the production of metal fabrications, steel ducts, tanks, assemblies,
heavy equipment components, stampings and steel structures. In
short we stamp, form, weld, fabricate, assemble, roll, bend, cut,
CNC machine, turn, face and finish metal. We work with mild steel,
stainless steel and aluminum. We combine our welding and fabricating
skills with press capability to 2,000 tons. Thus, we are unique
in blanking, stamping and forming heavy gauge metal. We offer
open press time, flexible lead times and custom tool design. We
build our own tooling. Tooling design and build is an important
service to our customers. We maintain a presence in a variety
of markets including but not limited to; Off-highway construction
and agricultural equipment, automotive, heavy machinery, bulk
handling equipment, plant process equipment, refinery equipment
and a broad range of material handling industries. We maintain
a solid business in proprietary heavy duty material handling products
marketed and sold directly to the end user or through dealers
and distributors. Specifically, we manufacture structural steel
storage racks and customized material handling products. Our products
include bolt-free and adjustable structural steel storage racks,
adjustable and fixed arm cantilever racks, bolted pallet racks,
stanchions, stack racks, carpet racks, bar and tube racks. Our
racks service a variety of markets including but not limited to;
metal service centers, lumber yards and retailers in carpets,
vinyl, flooring and home improvement products. |
